W.R. Lemons

Wilton Ray "W.R." Lemons passed from this life July 25th, 2018 at the age of 82. W.R. was born April 25, 1936 to Jess and Betty Lemons. After retiring from the United States Army in 1979, W.R. moved back to Nocona, joined by his wife Darlene. In his retirement, W.R. worked as a truck driver and school bus driver. W.R. is survived by Darlene, their sons: Jess Lemons and wife Lena, Robert Lemons and wife Delores, and William Lemons and wife Kimberly; nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. W.R. will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and numerous students who rode his bus. W.R.'s memorial service will be August 8th, 10:00 AM at Molsbee Chapel Church, with Donald Cheshier officiating.
