Verle served his country in the US Navy, from 1959 to 1963 achieving the rank of Boatsmen 3rd class. the family request Memorials in lieu of flowers, to the Nocona Church of Christ Youth Group, at 311 Cooke Street, Nocona, Texas. to the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Society. .
