Virgil Richardson of Fort Worth passed away August 20th, 2018 at the age of 80. Virgil was born to Thomas Grady and Maggie Teresa Richardson on April 6, 1938 in Shamrock, Texas. Virgil married Jonelle (Patterson) October 12, 1957 in Odessa, and the couple had two children, Larry and Lynn. Virgil earned several awards in his work at National Life, including 17 trips to destinations all over the country.
Virgil was a devoted family man. He was completely, wholeheartedly devoted to his wife Jonelle. He took great pride in his children and their families, and most conversations with Virgil eventually came around to him celebrating something he was proud of in one of them!
Virgil was also a faithful Christian all his life. Virgil made it a habit to help others frequently, living out the example of Jesus by serving those around him.
Virgil was preceded in death by his siblings: Harold Richardson, Doris Locke, James Richardson, Roy Richardson, and Joy Cooper. Virgil is survived by his loving wife Jonelle, son Larry Mark Richardson and wife Joyce of Paradise, TX, daughter Lynn Gayle Tidball and husband Marty of Ft.
