Rebecca Elaine O'Neil

Rebecca Elaine O'Neil passed away on October 31, 2017 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Mrs. O'Neil was born August 1st, 1963 in Germany to Robert and Portia Jean Yates.

Rebecca is preceded in death by her father and her maternal grandparents.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bill O'Neil, her mother Jean Yates, her brother Eric Yates and wife Mia, an uncle Donnie Rose, aunt Melissa Cordell and many cousins, as well as her four-legged babies: Birdie, Deano, and Squeaker.

Ms. O'Neil has been an active member and volunteer for both the VFW and American Legion. She loved to arts and crafts, cooking, and organizing and decorating parties. Rebecca loved people and had a special place in her heart for the elderly. She never met a stranger. Mrs. Rebecca will be missed by many as she was loved by all who knew her and she loved all she knew.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Scott-Morris Funeral Home. There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Shepherd of the Hills Baptist Church at 2:00 PM.
