Mr. Alfred Jackson Thomas

Jack Thomas was born June 25, 1952 in Chatanooga, Tennessee to Frank and Mary Thomas. He passed too soon from this life on Wednesday, April 13th, 2016 in Nocona, Texas. Jack was preceded in death by his parents. Jack leaves a legacy behind in his children: Micheal Thomas, William Thomas, Keith Thomas, stepchildren: Heather Phillips, Melissa Rhodes, Angela Jamison, James Stegall and Laura Pourciau, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He leaves behind the love of his life, his wife, Deborah, of 23 years. The connection they shared is nothing less than divine. Jack also is survived by his sister Joyce. Mr. Thomas was a sign hanger for 28 years as this was the family business and was taught to him by his father. Jack loved life and loved people and was loved by many people. He loved to go fishing and playing pool. He loved to "tinker" with things, take them apart and put them back together. He never met a stranger and was loved by all. Jack will be missed by many family and friends. Mr. Thomas' services are being handled by Scott Morris Funeral Home. His memorial service is Friday, 04/15/2016, 10AM at Scott Morris Chapel.
