Worth, TX to Frances Harwood and Loy T. Stone. Kay and "Eli" were married for 55 years. She is survived by her husband Eli Casey and her son Gerald Casey, Brother-in-Law: David Cantrell, five grandchildren and five great children and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her son, Gary Casey Funeral Service: Thursday, December 4, 2014, 1PM Mount Park Cemetery, Sonny Cole Officiating Ms. Casey was a member of the Saint Jo Riding Club.
