Gladys Roland Chupp

Mrs. Gladys Roland Chupp passed away on September 1, 2019 in Fort Worth, Texas. Gladys was born on January 4, 1921 in Obion County, Tennessee to Samuel and Nellie Everett McCant. She married Ivan Geoffrey Chupp and they owned and operated Chupp's grocery store and an antique store in Nocona. Ms. Chupp was a member of Nocona Church of Christ until she moved to be closer to her children.

Gladys is survived by her daughter Lema Worley, Fort Worth; Steve Chupp and wife Susan, Argyle; daughter Joyce Meador, Dallas; and daughter Kristen Horton and husband Mike from Lubbock.

Gladys was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son Robert (Bobby) Chupp.

There will be a graveside service on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 10AM at Nocona Cemetery. Austin Wright will be officiating. Services have been entrusted to Scott-Morris Funeral Home.
